What are you looking for in an accountability partner: Wisdom, Maturity, Truthfulness, someone is accountable to someone else and not a ‘lone ranger’ themselves etc.

Make a Benefits List: Write down all the many benefits of being free. Include obvious and things you just notice on your own! Instead of complaining, get out your list and begin to thank God! Lisa has on her list: 1. No longer afraid to be alone 2. No longer yell as a first response to frustration 3. Peace 4. I no longer feel rejected when I’m corrected 5. I no longer crave sugar.
